Turkey cutlets


Ingredients:
4 turkey cutlets
pepper, salt
1 teaspoon butter
1 big onion
0.1 l dry white wine
150 g gorgonzola cheese
100 g Cream fraiche
3 tablespoons green pepper
1 tablespoons parsley, fine chopped

Direction:
Season steaks with pepper and salt and fry them very short on both sides. Put them in a heat resistant form. Chop onion in rings und fry them in butter until it is pale brown. Add small pieces of gorgonzola cheese. When is cheese is melted, add the other ingredients (without parsley). Cook all toward a creamy sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the turkey steaks and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 225 C.
