STEWED CHICKEN WINGS WITH VEGGIE BALLS POT







INGREDIENTS :
3 chicken wings
1 slice winter melon
1 daikon radish
1 carrot .

SEASONINGS:
3t salt.
PREPARATION :
1. Cut wings into sections and blanch in boiling water .Scoop into balls from winter melon ,radish and carrot separately.
2. Place all ingredients in pot along with a proper amount of water added. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Season with salt. Ready to serve.
COOKING TIPS:
1. Select yellow feathered chicken wings or free range chicken wings for this dish
2. If a thicker broth is desired,add a few chicken claws or pork legs.
3. It is proper to cook this dish in an electric rice cooker .
