Kheera ka Soup


Ingredients;
Cucumber 4 nos.
Green chili 1 tsp.
Mint leaves, chopped 2 tsp.
Curd/Yogurt 3 cups
Salt To taste

Method;

1. Peel the cucumber and cut roughly. Add mint leaves, green chilies and salt.
2. Grind all the above with some water in mixer.
3. Add Curd/Yogurt and grind again.
4. Serve chilled.
