Cheese spaetzle


Ingredients:
500 g flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
125-150 ml water
2 tablespoons butter
100 g grated cheese
roasted chopped onions

Direction:
Arrange alternately layers of spaetzle, grated cheese and roasted onions. The last layer should be cheese. Spoon melted butter on the top. Marinate in the preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
