PREPARATION : | |
1. Cut abalone into thick slices. Cook bamboo shoot until half-done ,then remove shell and cut into diagonal pieces. Cut chicken leg into pieces and blanch in boiling water to remove blood. Cook thousand- year-old ham in water once before cooking to remove saltines 2 Place bamboo shoot,chicken leg and ham in pot. Add 5C of water and come to the boil first. Reduce to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. ¬Return abalone,bok choy and seasonings to cook for 5 minutes before removing from heat. Serve. COOKING TIPS : Canned abalone is suitable for cooking soup .Fresh abalone is suitable for cold dishes or stir-frying . |
